As I understand it, you are asking about priorities for being able to post to multiple groups. i would think being able to send a message easily to more than one group but not all is a definite priority. Rationale: Working across groups makes a network more densely connected.

The other change that Casey asked for, is to be able to show every group a message was posted to, in the email that is sent out by the site. Currently, the email shows one group after the change I just made, but not all groups.
The change to show multiple groups in the email message, is the change that needs to be compared with other requested changes, and prioritized.
